NJ Home Inspection Areas
We cover all of NJ and Eastern PA
NJ Home Inspection Areas are constantly expanding!
Steven De Paul grew up in Piscataway, and now resides in Hunterdon County. He puts nearly 60,000 miles on his car every year in order to cover all NJ home inspection areas as well as our Eastern Pa home inspection areas. That’s OK because our inspectors use hybrid energy-efficient vehicles. This means we can keep costs down, and pass the savings on to you! Bonus – it’s better for the environment! Steven has traveled the entire state performing home inspections, but has a main office in Hunterdon County. He also has a satellite office in Mercer County, so he has the whole state covered! And of course, Hunterdon County is close to the Pennsylvania border, so we are able to cover the eastern counties of Pennsylvania.
NJ/PA Home Inspections also has office staff available to help us stay on top of the emails and phone calls so that we can continue to get your home inspection report done while we are out in the field.
Steven T. De Paul is a licensed home inspector in the State of New Jersey. He served in the United States Air Force as a Jet Mechanic. After his service, Steven worked in residential construction for over 15 years. With that solid foundation of all aspects of construction, he then started his own business consulting for home renovations and conducting home inspections in 1993. Since then, Steven has conducted thousands of inspections.
Steven loves to learn about the latest in home inspections, and has taken classes in Residential Commercial Structures (RCS), Industrial Commercial Structures (ICS), and Hazardous High-rise Structures (HHS). These classes help him to look at home inspections with an eye to the Uniform Construction Code. He has also taken workshops in Oil-fired Boilers, Radon, Termite inspections, Mold and more. All of this continuing education means you are getting a home inspection that incorporates all of the best practices in the industry.
